This service includes reporting and advising in regard to third party claims which have entered into the legal arena. We endeavour where possible to agree quantum with third parties to reduce both the property and legal costs to our client during High Court proceedings.
We work in conjunction with a Forensic Accountant who can report and advise in regard to business interruption claims.
