Snags
We prepare comprehensive snag lists at the completion stage of construction, identifying any faults that we find during our inspection of your new property
We will then give all the advice necessary to resolve the snag list with your builder.
Once the builder advises that he has completed the snag we will re-inspect to ensure that items listed have been resolved and no other snags have appeared.
